Larry Chanasyk, P.Eng.
Our specialty in the technical world is Agricultural Engineering. We have tons of experience in agricultural machinery evaluation, testing and new product development with the of use of “advanced processes” including the “skunk works concept”. We believe that the use of cheap and rapid experimentation is worth more than a bunch of just “good ideas”.

We understand that the use of real data in the farming and agricultural operations is the “wave of the future”. This industry is clearly behind in the use of real time data. We are working on projects that address this need.

On the executive management side, we have experience in running large departments and fixing and developing new technical and business processes. This includes international and multi-country project development. We recognize that failing to plan change is planning to fail.

Facilitating strategic planning is one example of our capability in helping firms focus on the longer term in their company’s growth plans.
